Dental Volunteers at Kampong Speu Province

On 24/01/2010 was our second time to visit Kg Speu province with a team of dentists, dental assistants, hygienists and office staff at Chung Ruk commune, Kong Pisey district. We provided for free dental consultations, education, simple filling and extractions for about 120 poor people each day.

Our volunteer staffs are happy to contribute to meeting the urgent dental needs of the poor and especially children.

Contribution to army's family housing at Preah Vihear province

 We had a trip to Preah Vihear province during April 2009 to provide charitable dental services to soldiers and their families who were stationed at the border to protect the Preah Vihear temple and Cambodian territory. Due to the border dispute, large numbers of troops now stay at the Northern and Western borders of Cambodia.
They and their families urgently need housing and the government has approved housing project to build hundreds houses for them.

US Embassy Health Fair

usembassy Every year, the US Embassy organizes a health fair at their premises. March 26, 2010 was the 3rd time that Roomchang was invited to join the fair. The US embassy invites only health related NGOs, distributors and reputable private healthcare providers to the fair, so that they can provide education and introduce their services to the embassy staff and families. Our clinic has been well supported by the embassy staff and families for many years since 2007 in addition to many local and international organizations and businesses.
